If you received an email from us, or if you know you have not yet submitted your player's birth certificate or the CAYFL Release of liability form please bring a copy for our records to the next practice on Tuesday.

Our league roster meeting is Tuesday and we do not have both documents, your player might not be able to play!

We are DESPERATE! Please cooperate.

I apologize for the fire drill, but we are severely shortstaffed on the board.
